Zurich introduces two medical riders to provide accessible health services to Malaysians

Zurich Malaysia today announced two new medical riders catering to different customer needs to provide greater access to medical plans for peace of mind.
The riders, MediAfya and Zurich Infinite Care, are takaful and conventional riders, respectively.
Zurich Malaysia chief marketing officer Thai Mei Lih said 95 per cent of Malaysians surveyed in the company's Customer Needs Survey in September 2022 noted that a medical plan is the most critical protection plan they need.
"Yet 32 per cent still do not own one. We understand the concerns of Malaysians regarding rising medical insurance premiums and contributions driven by multiple factors.
