UEM Sunrise undertakes sukuk programmes with combined limit of RM4b

Property developer UEM Sunrise Bhd has lodged information with the Securities Commission regarding its Islamic Medium-Term Notes (IMTN) and Islamic Commercial Papers (ICP) programmes with a combined aggregate limit of up to RM4 billion in nominal value.

In a bourse filing Wednesday, it said, the sukuk murabahah programmes will give UEM Sunrise the flexibility to raise funds via the issuance of ICP and IMTN from time to time.
